Who we are

Real brand.
Real riders.

Eastmonts started because we were tired of choosing between cold ears, earbuds we were scared to lose, and a $300 box clipped to a helmet. So we built Ski Tunes, and somewhere along the way 68,000+ skiers made it theirs.

We're a small, founder-run US brand with real customer support, real reviews, and a real roadmap. We answer our own emails. We read every comment. We're scaling fast: new headbands, new gear, new countries.

A brand that wants to be a staple of winter sports can't be built from behind a desk. It gets built on the hill, by the people filming the powder day. That's where you come in.

The role

What we
need.

We produce a steady stream of short-form content for Reels, TikToks and paid ads. We need an editor who thinks in hook retention and pattern interrupts — not just cuts and transitions.

This is a remote, project-based role with potential to grow into ongoing retainer work. You'll receive raw clips, briefs and references, and deliver finished edits built to convert.

You don't need to be a skier. You do need to understand the format: what stops a thumb in the first 3 seconds, how to hold attention through a 15-second cut, and why Tuning your colour grade and audio mix is what separates a good edit from a great one.

We can't hire based on a pitch alone. We need to see edits. Short-form specific work moves you to the top of the pile. Reels, TikToks, paid ads, POV cuts — anything that lives in a vertical feed.
